The Roseland is a beautiful and quiet peninsula, offering river, creek, exposed and sheltered coastal paddles in a very small area. Its difficult to find another location with more varied locations.
Journeys will be at a relaxed pace, stopping regularly at points of interest, coves, rock gardens, to meet a seal, take a swim, enjoy lunch with a view or simply to take a moment to absorb the wonderment.
- 2 day's guided SUP Tour (6 hours / approximately 4.5 hour paddling)
- Stand Up Paddleboard kit including a buoyancy aid (optional)
- 2 nights accommodation based on 2 sharing a twin or king
- 2 Evening meals, 2 breakfasts & 2 lunches
- Paddling snacks & drinks
- Transfers to launch sites and Newquay Airport or Truro Station Transfers

a Typical day
Relax you are on holiday, this gives an idea of what to expect, but as always the weather and, ability and interests of paddlers will be considered before finalising the plan.
Pick ups from the airport & train station in the afternoon.
Evening from 7.00 pm meet and greet at the accommodation, with a meal booked at 8.00 pm. Plenty of time for introductions, any questions and discussion on Saturday's route.

9.45 am head to the launch site (if the conditions allow we aim to launch from the accommodation or nearby)
10.15 am Kit allocation, changing and site specific briefing including safety
10.30 am Launch
11.45 pm Break & Snack
1.00 pm Lunch
2.30 pm Break, swim, snorkel, games
4.00 pm Off the water & load up
4.30 pm stop for refreshment (Saturday) / Return home (Sunday)
8.00 pm Saturday Pub Dinner
