Why choose Cornwall?
Cornwall is one of the best places in the world to Stand up Paddleboard. There is 400 miles of coastline to explore, much of which is designated as An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The varied geology of Cornwall creates diverse habitats for wildlife such as seals, kingfishers, dolphins and visitors such as Baskin Sharks. You are never more than 20 miles from the sea, imposing cliffs to ancient woodland lined creeks, tidal estuaries to expansive beaches all are in easy reach.
Cornwall has a colourful history from geological events, smugglers, D-Day landing preparations to world leading industrial innovation. The sea and waterways have always been the life blood of the county with waterside landmarks dating as far back to medieval times. Harbours and coastal Engine Houses help to make up the 158 sites which have UNESCO World Heritage Status.
