Aggie School - Social SUP

Stand Up Paddling (SUP) is one of the fastest growing sports globally.  It is a sport known for freedom, fun and fitness.  The basic techniques of SUP can be learnt in a couple of hours and can grow over many years.  On the sea, rivers or surf, SUP gives the paddler a very special vantage point, and seemingly standing still you get a full body work out without even noticing.  SUP in a Bag helps you relax and immerse yourself in the clear waters of Cornwall's beaches, coast, rivers and creeks, discovering magical places and adventures.

Interested in giving SUP a go?

From Monday the 18th April SUP in a Bag is running a weekly 2 hour session for first time and novice Paddlers.  We will head off straight from the school drop off to a launch site.   Every session starts with a chance to learn to SUP or to practice paddling skills.

Once everyone is smiling we'll have an explore of Cornwall's coastline or rivers.

Locations depending on conditions: Portreath, Trevellas, Truro and Crantock.

Sessions will be on a Monday (bad weather back up of a Tuesday).  The pilot will run until May half term.  If you decide that you enjoyed your first session (and we think you will!) you can sign up for future ones.

Cost is £12 per session and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
